The RMS app
Your records are stored in a database on your computer and in the backups you make. We cannot see them.
Registering your business
Setting up RMS needs an internet connection once. When you finish the setup steps, the app sends us the business details you typed there: shop and owner name, branch, phone numbers, email, address and city, country, tax numbers, business type, the features and invoice settings you chose, and, if you answered them, how you heard about RMS and how many people will use it. It also sends the app version, your computer's Machine ID, operating system, screen size and language, and the date your trial started. We receive your IP address with it.
It never sends your PIN or password, your recovery code, your logo, or any sales, customer, stock or cash records.
We use these details to help you get started, to answer your questions, to issue your licence, and to offer you the right edition. We do not sell them or share them with advertisers. To have them deleted, write to the address below.
Licences
Licence activation is offline: you send us your Machine ID yourself when you buy, and we keep a register of licences (name, contact, Machine ID, edition and expiry) to issue keys and transfers.
This website
The website has no accounts, forms or advertising trackers. It does not use analytics or cookies.
WhatsApp and email
When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we see your number or address and what you write. We use it only to answer you and to issue your licence.
