Licence
A licence is for one computer and is activated offline by pasting a key. It can be yearly or lifetime, and moves to a new computer free once every 12 months. Keys may not be shared, resold or used on more computers than were bought. See the licence policy.
Your data
If the trial or a licence ends, RMS becomes read-only: the shop can still view, print, export and back up its records. Data is never locked away. Keep backups on a USB stick or another drive; we cannot recover data from your computer.
Tax
RMS prints tax invoices with your own tax name (VAT, GST or sales tax), rate and registration numbers, but it is not connected to any government e-invoicing or fiscal reporting system. Businesses that must report each sale to a tax authority in real time need a certified system. You are responsible for meeting your own tax obligations.
Warranty
RMS is tested carefully but is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost profits or data. Try it fully during the trial before buying.
